CAPS consists of the student chapters of three professional pharmacy organizations:

North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP)

We participate in many activities throughout the year, and there is something for everyone!

Participate in:

• Patient care projects throughout the year through Operation Diabetes & Operation Immunization, or with the Heartburn Awareness Challenge and our smoking cessation initiative.
• Collaboration with other campus groups such as the Geriatric Interest Group (GIG) & Community Sig
• Opportunities to hear from pharmacists from a variety of career settings.
• The Clinical Skills Competition (ASHP)
• National Patient Counseling Competition (APhA)
• Attend National & Regional Meetings
