Instructions for Officers/Committee Chairs:After you get the Event Sign-Up Sheet from the meeting, email the volunteers to confirm they can attend (as always). List the names and phone numbers of all the people who have confirmed on a Project Attendance Sheet. When off volunteers when they arrive at the event/ATM's. (You can use the phone number list to contact no-shows if you need to). Write down the number of hours each person worked (usually all the same unless it's an event done in shifts). Make sure to turn the sheet in to Megan Bakke or just email her the final list of names/hours. Hopefully this will help us keep a record of everyone's hours, and also make it easier if the officer who planned an event won't be able to attend.
