As one of the oldest, largest, and most influential student groups on campus, the UNC-CH College Republicans have the obligation of engaging college students and educating the general public about the importance of the conservative principles shared by the nation's Founding Fathers that are still relevant today.

The mission of the College Republicans is to:

• Spread the principles of conservatism and the Repubican Party across the campus, surrounding communities, state, and nation; 

• Serve as the voice for college students within the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party;

• Train the leaders of tomorrow by preparing members for future service; and

• Contribute to the marketplace of ideas on campus, as the University environment should, ideally, be one where all rational and informed thought is welcome.
