Friendship Association of Chinese Students and Scholars (FACSS) is a non-profit, non-political organization devoted to providing help and service to local Chinese community, facilitating cultural exchange between Chinese and Americans, and consolidating friendship and unity among local Chinese and Carolina community. FACSS consists of Chinese students, scholars, and faculties of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 2009 FACSS 国庆中秋联欢会暨卡拉ok比赛胜利闭幕。 比赛结果： 第一名：石峰 第二名：谢维 第三名：王刚 第四名：宋雨佳 他们将会代表UNC出战最后的三校总决赛，让我们再次祝福他们取得好成绩。 President acknolegement: Dear My Friends,
I would like to represent all the facss committee members to thank you
for your coming to our celebration last night. We had a wonderful
with you. Your attendance is very important and indispensable support
to us. Without you, we could not have such a successful night. Last
night more than 200 compatriots which occupy 1/3 of the UNC Chinese
population joined our celebration. I am very glad that It was the
biggest event since I joined the FACSS family. It is my great pleasure
to organize this event for all of you. We want to thank Sunny Dance, Zhao Jiang and Zheng Hui for their
performance. Thanks all the judges: Zhao Jiang, Ying Chunhong, Han
Lun, Zheng Hui
Last, I want to thank all my committee members for organizing such a
good event. Maybe the celebration is not perfect, but they did try
their best to hold this celebration. Without their hard work, we would
have noting at all. Their efforts and perspiration do deserve your
appreciation.
