What is an OTM?

Of-The-Months are awards written by anyone an the residence hall community, and voted on by the NRHH OTM Committee. They are meant to recognize outstanding performance in that particular month, and can be in several different categories. Winners receive certificates, online recognition, and submission into state and regional level competition.

The OTM Database

NRHH.ORG now provides access to their online OTM database.

Now you can submit your OTM's straight to the national branch of the NRHH!

Submitting an OTM to the database is easy, just follow these 3 simple steps:

1) Go to http://otms.nrhh.org/ and click on "create account"
2) Select "UNC Chapel Hill" from the drop down menu and click "submit"
3) Complete all the fields and click "submit". You will be directed to a screen advising you that the form is complete and that you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Please do so by the 1st of each month at midnight!
