The application is available below and is due on Tuesday, November 24th at 8pm. Please submit applications to the Carmichael Community Office.  All letters of reference must be sumbitted in a sealed envelope. Nominees will be contacted via email on December 4th, 2009 if they have moved on to the interview process. Interviews will be held on December 5th and 6th, 2009.
