Policy Majors are some of the most diverse and ambitious students at Carolina. Studying Public Policy is the first step to endless possibilities. The Public Policy Majors Union (PPMU) is here to help foster an environment that promotes positive change through policy initiatives. Regardless of your level of involvement, every policy major is a
member of PPMU. This means you are a part of an expansive network of
students, faculty and alumni. The Policy Major incorporates multiple
disciplines, departments, and fields of study. Navigating the waters
can be a frustrating experience. Learn from our experiences and come
to us if you have any trouble. We can be a very valuable resource,
