UNC SNPhA along with SMNA are proud to announce that our 3rd Annual Hoops 4 Hearts Tournament will take place on February 25, 2012. The tournament will be held on campus at Woolen Gym from 10-5 pm. A few points:

1. The registration deadline is Feb. 10th. It will be 5 on 5 full court game.

2. Each team should have 6-10 members. (One players playing must be female). Players could be friends or family members of students. Individual registration is also welcomed. All registration proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

3. Registration fee is $15. T-shirt is $10. T-shirts will be Carolina Blue.

4. All forms and money should go directly to the folders of Peter Hur (PY2) or Hanna Park (PY2). Registration forms are attached. Applications are due February 15, 2012.

You must be present at the SNPhA National Conference to win. The conference will be held in Las Vegas in July 2012. You can download applications from the national site at www.snpha.org, where you will find them under the "Forms" tab.
