In light of the University Day weekend, TSA will have its Fall Retreat (flyer) on October 11th.  The retreat is a one day hike and picnic at Hanging Rock, a beautiful state park about 2 hours from Chapel Hill.  This is a great opportunity to enjoy the fall weather while getting to know some of your TSA friends even better.

The night before the retreat (October 10th), all TSA ladies are invited to a movie night, which will probably be a sleepover for anyone attending the retreat the next morning.  Please submit ideas through email or at the regular Monday meetings for this movie night. 

TSA has organized a weekly reading group on Fridays at 2:00pm.  We will be joining to read Turkish literature and poetry, watch movies and discuss these topics in Turkish. Intermediate to native speakers are welcome.  Meetings will last about one hour and will be held in the GEC Room 3033.
